What to try
Tip: open the site on a second device, such as your phone, to play the student while you teach.
Signing up and logging in
- Create a teacher account and confirm your email.
- Log out and log in again.
- Try "Forgot password?".
Creating an assessment
- Make an assessment with three or four kinds of question.
- Add a picture and an explanation.
- Try a template, and "Paste questions".
Question types
- Try types you would really use in class.
- Preview them as a student on a phone.
Starting a session and its settings
- Go live teacher-paced, then self-paced.
- Try a timer and "At the end" or "Right after each answer".

- Join from your phone as a student.
- Start, move through questions, raise a hand from the phone, pause and finish.
- Open the projector view.
Joining as a student
- Join with the code, with the QR code and with the link.
- Join from different devices and browsers.
Answering as a student
- Answer every kind of question on a phone.
- Use "Read aloud" and "My work".
- Submit a self-paced test and look at the results.
Drawing and worksheets
- Draw with the pen, highlighter, text and eraser.
- Move and delete things with Select.
- Upload a PDF worksheet and write on it.
Maths and science keyboard
- Type fractions, powers, roots and Greek letters.
- Type a chemical equation with the Science tab.
Marking and feedback
- Mark a written answer and a drawing.
- Use a rubric.
- Ask a student to improve an answer and send a new version.
Results and reports
- Open a report, a student's sheet and the question breakdown.
- Export the CSV and print the report.
Exam mode
- Run a self-paced test with exam mode on.
- Leave the test on the student device and see what the teacher sees.
